COVID-19 Policy

Norssy, customers’ health and safety, as well as those of our partners and service providers, matter to us. The purpose of this policy is to inform customers regarding how situations related to COVID-19 might impact order fulfilment and customer support.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

We continue to process and ship orders as usual. Nevertheless, there may be some occasional delay due to factors associated with COVID-19. Such factors include:

  • Carrier Operating Delays
  • Higher delivery volumes
  • Local or regional restrictions

All estimated delivery times given hereafter remain susceptible to such considerations.

2. Shipping Delays

Although we are working hand in hand with our freighters, the issue of the delay in delivering the order due to the Covid-19 pandemic is out of our control.

3. Customer Support

Our customer service team is available during normal working hours.

Response times could be slightly prolonged during peak or disruptions due to the COVID-19 situation.

4. Safety Measures:

We observe reasonable health and safety procedures in order processing and packaging to ensure that all parties are provided with a safe working environment.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

As per our operational continuity policy, cancellations, returns, and refunds are still processed under the existing policy:

  • Refund & Return Policy

COVID-19-related delays alone don't automatically entitle someone to a refund, unless an order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier.
