Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Norssy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully, as it explains how returns, refunds, and cancellations are dealt with in accordance with our shipping process.
1. Eligibility for Return
You can request a return if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
- Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase provided (order number)
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items damaged by customers' misuse
- Gift cards
2. Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
Requests received beyond this period cannot be considered.
3. Cancellations (Before Shipping)
- Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to their despatch.
- Once ordered, cancellation is not possible after shipment; the return process should be followed

4. Shipping Costs of Return
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return:
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
In the unlikely event that you will receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, norssy will bear the return postage cost. Our support team will instruct on the further actions.
Change of Mind:
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipment cost is the responsibility of the customer.
5. How to request a return
Please follow these steps to begin the return process:
- Email us at support@norssy.com
- within 30 days after delivery
- Include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.
- If approved, we will send you return instructions
- Wrap well and dispatch safely as instructed.
- Returns not pre-approved will be refused
6. Return Processing
Once your return is received and inspected,
- You will receive an approval/denial notice within 2 business days.
- Refunds approved will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
7. Relationship Between Shipping Time & Refund
Please note:
- Delivery time for domestic UK delivery: 3-4 business days after dispatch
- The turnaround time is 1 to 2 days
- Refunds are processed only after receiving and checking the returned merchandise
- "Shipping delays, without more, are not sufficient to warrant an automatic refund, except in cases where the merchandise is deemed to be lost by the carrier."
8. Damaged Items
- If your package is damaged when you receive it,
- If possible, kindly refuse the package when it's being delivered
- If it is delivered in your absence, contact us as soon as possible with photos of any damage
