1. Where do you ship?
Presently, we only deliver to the United Kingdom.
It does not have any International Shipping presently.
2. Is shipping free?
Yes. All shipping costs are free.
We do not charge for shipping and membership.
3. How long does order processing take?
All orders must be processed for dispatch.
- Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days
- Working days: Monday to Friday (except public holidays)
4. What is your cut-off time for placing an order?
- Order Cut-off Time: 06:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London)
After this time, any orders will be fulfilled on the next business day.
5. How long does shipping take?
Once your order is delivered:
- Delivery Time: 3-4 business days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery times are an estimate and may fluctuate because of carrier-related circumstances.
6. Which shipping carriers do you use?
We utilize trusted carriers such as:

7. Can I change my delivery address?
An address change may be requested within 24 hours after placing an order.
Orders dispatched from stores cannot have their delivery addresses modified.

8. Can I cancel my order?
- “Orders can be cancelled anytime prior to the time of dispatch.”

9. What is your return policy?
- Returns are accepted in 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
10. Whom does the return shipping cost?
- Defective, Damaged, Or Incorrect Items; We Pay for Return Shipping
- Change of mind: The customer has to bear the cost of return.
11. When will I receive my refund?
- Refund approval will be made in 2 business days after inspection
- Approved refund requests are processed in 5-7 days to the former payment method.
12. What if the parcel that I ordered arrives damaged?
If so, please decline the package at the time of delivery and do not hesitate to contact us immediately
